What To Know!
Takeover Weekend is an unforgettable experience for students in 5th–12th grade! The weekend will feature relevant and engaging teaching, high-energy worship, immersive and intentional environments, tons of fun, great food, friends, and so much more!
This year, the entire weekend will take place at our Sugar Land Campus. Students will be dropped off and picked up on both Friday and Saturday. Then, to cap it all off, we’re inviting the entire church to join us on Sunday night for an incredible Worship Night to close out the weekend!

What to Expect
WHAT TO BRING
Students will gather for:
- Powerful worship led by our worship team
- Dynamic teachings from 3 different speakers
- Intentional discussion through "Small Groups" (grade and gender based)
- Fun games and fun environments
- Bible & Pen

- Closed Toed Shoes (Day 2)
- Clothes for Rec (Day 2)
Tribes
Throughout Takeover Weekend '25, students will be assigned into their grade's tribe. These tribes will compete in various games and challenges to earn points, with the winning tribe being crowned the best at the end of the weekend. Wear your team colors and support your tribe with everything you have!

Is Confidential Financial Assistance Available?
Yes, partial scholarships are available for any student, based on need. All scholarships are confidential and subject to approval. Please contact Students@thebridge.me for more info.
What if a student has a food allergy?
Please list any food allergies on the registration form. Most food allergies can be accommodated during Takeover WKND if prior information is given. Please contact the Takeover Staff for more information: 281 494 3046.
Can I Sponsor a Student for Takeover Weekend?
Absolutely! We are always in need of scholarships for our students. If you would like to participate, please email Regina at Students@thebridge.me.
Food
Two meals TBD ( Dinner and Breakfast) will be provided as part of the general admission price. Food trucks will also be available (for purchase) during Sundays Worship night.
Registration and Check-In
Students will arrive at the Sugar Land Campus and check in at a designated area. Upon arrival, they will receive a lanyard with a name tag, a booklet, and other merch.
Small Groups
Small Groups are designed to help students connect and engage in life-giving relationships. They will dive deeper into the messages shared during the sessions, with time set aside to reflect and grow. Small Groups are grade and gender-based groups of around 15 students who will spend the weekend together, fostering spiritual growth and community.
Worship Night
We’re inviting the entire church to join us for an incredible Worship Night on Sunday evening of Takeover Weekend! Come early and enjoy food trucks (available for purchase) and a great space to hang out with your family. Then, we’ll head into the final session of the weekend and worship together as one church family. You won’t want to miss it!
